API Terms of Use – Auras Pay

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Auras Pay API ("API"), you ("Merchant" or "Developer") agree to comply with these API Terms of Use. If you do not accept these terms, you are not authorized to use the API.

2. API Access and Licensing

Auras Technologies MENA FZCO grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the API solely for integrating your business with the Auras Pay platform.

You may only use the API in accordance with these terms and the provided technical documentation.

3. Use Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Use the API in violation of any law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Share or expose your API credentials to unauthorized parties
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or replicate the API or its underlying systems
• Use the API for spamming, abusing system resources, or creating competing services
• Introduce malware, denial-of-service attacks, or interfere with Auras Pay's systems

4. Rate Limits and Fair Usage

Auras Pay may impose rate limits (e.g., number of API calls per minute/hour) to ensure platform stability.

Excessive or abusive usage may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your access.

5. Security and Data Protection

• You are responsible for keeping your API keys secure and confidential.
• You must notify Auras Pay immediately in case of any suspected API key compromise or misuse.
• Auras Pay is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your negligence.

6. No Warranty

The API is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Auras Pay makes no guarantees about uptime, latency, or data accuracy. You acknowledge that API access may be interrupted or limited due to:

• System maintenance
• Technical failures
• Network outages
• Force majeure events

7. Liability Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, Auras Technologies MENA FZCO shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

• Your use or inability to use the API
• Errors or bugs in your own implementation
• Third-party interactions using the API

8. Termination of Access

Auras Pay reserves the right to revoke or suspend your API access at any time, without liability, for:

• Breach of these terms
• Security risks
• Legal or compliance obligations
• Platform abuse

9. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in the API, its structure, and associated documentation remain the sole property of AURAS Technologies MENA FZCO. Use of the API does not grant you any ownership or IP rights.

10. Modification of Terms

We may modify these API Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the API after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
