Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering and using Auras Pay ("Service"), the merchant ("You" or "Merchant") agrees to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the service.

2. Nature of the Service

Auras Pay is a non-custodial blockchain payment gateway that enables merchants to receive direct on-chain payments from their customers. Auras Pay is provided as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform and does not hold, transfer, or process any fiat or crypto funds on behalf of merchants or customers.

3. Merchant Eligibility

To use Auras Pay, you must:

• Be a registered business entity
• Provide accurate business and identity documentation
• Complete KYC verification via a licensed third-party provider

You are responsible for ensuring that all data you provide is truthful and up to date.

4. Service Fees

Merchants agree to pay fixed subscription fees for use of the Auras Pay platform. These fees are collected off-chain via bank transfer or approved payment processor.

Auras Pay does not charge per transaction and does not take custody of funds.

5. Payment Flow

• Customers pay merchants directly via on-chain transactions
• Auras Pay only facilitates the user interface, payment links, and technical tools to enable this interaction
• The company has no involvement in the transfer, custody, or exchange of virtual assets

6. Merchant Responsibilities

• You are responsible for integrating Auras Pay's tools securely into your systems (e.g., API, plugins)
• You must ensure compliance with applicable local laws in your jurisdiction
• You shall not use the platform for any prohibited or unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud

7. Data Use and Compliance

• Auras Pay may collect business-related data and analytics to improve service delivery
• Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• All KYC/AML requirements are fulfilled through licensed third-party providers, not directly by Auras Pay

8. Third-Party Services

The platform may integrate with third-party tools or services. Auras Technologies MENA FZCO shall not be held responsible for errors, failures, or liabilities arising from external services used in connection with the platform.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property related to the Auras Pay platform, including code, design, branding, and documentation, remains the sole property of AURAS Technologies MENA FZCO.

10. Limitation of Liability

Auras Pay is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for losses, damages, or claims arising from your use of the platform.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform in case of:

• Violation of these terms
• Fraudulent or unlawful activity
• Non-payment of subscription fees

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai.

13. Amendments

These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time. Your continued use of the platform after such updates signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.
